Physical Therapy
Rehabilitation to restore strength, mobility, and independence. Close to home.
Getting you back to what you were doing
Our physical therapy team treats patients of every age, from infants working toward their first steps to adults recovering from joint replacement. Care begins with an evaluation of how you move, followed by a treatment plan built around your goals: returning to work, to your sport, to the farm, or simply moving through the day without pain.
Services We Offer
- Orthopedic and Sports Medicine: Treatment for injuries to muscles, bones, and joints, from sprains, strains, and fractures to the overuse injuries common in athletes.
- Balance and Fall Prevention: Strength, gait, and stability training for people who feel unsteady on their feet, have had a fall, or want to avoid one.
- Pre/Post-Operative Therapy: Conditioning before a planned surgery and guided rehabilitation afterward to rebuild range of motion, strength, and confidence.
- Worker’s Compensation: Rehabilitation following a work-related injury, focused on a safe and durable return to your job duties.
- Vestibular Rehabilitation: Exercise-based treatment for dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems that originate in the inner ear.
- Concussion Therapy: Graded return-to-activity programs addressing the headaches, dizziness, and balance and vision symptoms that can follow a head injury.
- Pelvic Floor Therapy: Treatment for pelvic floor muscles that are weak or too tight, including bladder control problems and pain during pregnancy or after childbirth.
- Dry Needling: Thin monofilament needles placed into tight bands of muscle to release trigger points, ease pain, and restore normal movement.
- Blood Flow Restriction Therapy: Light-resistance exercise performed with a calibrated cuff, allowing strength gains at loads that are safe early in recovery.
- IASTM Manual Therapy: Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Specialized tools used to address scar tissue and soft-tissue restriction that limit motion.
- Pediatric Developmental Delay: Play-based therapy helping infants and children build the strength and coordination to reach motor milestones such as sitting, crawling, and walking.
